§current_window: u64

Current congestion window size in bytes.

§slow_start_threshold: u64

Slow-start threshold in bytes.

§state: CongestionState

Current congestion control phase.

§total_acks: u64

Cumulative number of ACK events processed.

§total_losses: u64

Cumulative number of loss/ECN events processed.
