The first and last dates a series spans, inclusive, the last None for a noEnd range.

The last date follows the range type: the endDate of an endDate range, a bound past the last occurrence of a numbered one, sized numberOfOccurrences times interval periods of the pattern. Graph fills the endDate of the other types with 0001-01-01, which is no end.
