Advice to pass to Array::advise to describe an expected access pattern.

This is a re-export of system_interface::fs::Advice. Advice to pass to FileIoExt::advise.

Variants§

Normal

No advice; default heuristics apply.

Sequential

Data will be accessed sequentially at ascending offsets.

§

Random

Data will be accessed with an irregular access pattern.

§

WillNeed

Data will be accessed soon.

§

DontNeed

Data will not be accessed soon.

§

NoReuse

Data will be accessed exactly once.
