Files that were successfully included.

§warnings: Vec<String>

Warnings (missing files, truncations, budget exceeded).

§provenance: Vec<TrustedContext<PathBuf>>

Provenance for successfully included files. Prompt text is unchanged; metadata is internal.

§estimated_tokens: usize

Estimated token count of assembled context.
