Creates a Seq containing the arguments

let seq: Seq<i32> = seq![1, 2, 3];

Alternatively, a Seq consisting of several copies of the same value can be created using the following syntax:

let seq: Seq<i32> = seq![1 ; 3];
assert_eq!(seq![1 ; 3], seq![1, 1, 1]);
