Returned by for_version when the release’s cargo feature (ifc2x3, ifc4, ifc4x1, ifc4x2 or ifc4x3 on ifc-schema, passed through by openbim-ifc) is off. Distinct from an unknown FILE_SCHEMA token, which never becomes a SchemaVersion at all.
