id: EntityId

The entity.

name: Option<Arc<str>>

Name, required by ExistsName.

description: Option<Arc<str>>

Description.

template_type: Option<Arc<str>>

TemplateType, e.g. PSET_TYPEDRIVENOVERRIDE.

applicable_entity: Option<Arc<str>>

ApplicableEntity: which IFC entity the set applies to.

A free-text identifier such as IfcWall, not a validated reference.

properties: Vec<PropertyTemplate>

Property templates, in file order, simple and complex, complex ones with their nested templates.
