Carries the authored type name verbatim so a caller can report CLOTHOID rather than “some unsupported segment”, and the entity id so it can point at the offending line of the source file.

The IfcAlignmentHorizontalSegment entity that was refused.

type_name: String

The segment’s authored PredefinedType, preserved exactly.

reason: AlignmentError

Why this segment could not be lowered exactly.
