The default command palette shortcuts:

Ctrl is Cmd on macOS. Route presses from keys::subscription through
State::key_event so the toggle works anywhere; the open dialog lets
the toggle chords through to the app. Back only claims Backspace on a
nested page with an empty query. The command list inside keeps its own
keys (arrows, Enter and Escape) through CommandPalette::command_keymap.
