Explicit process context. The child’s inherited environment is cleared.

No ambient PATH, HOME or credentials are added. Consumers must include any environment needed by their tool. This type intentionally has no Debug implementation because its values may contain credentials.

Absolute current directory for the child.

environment: &'a [(OsString, OsString)]

Complete environment; names must be nonempty, unique, and contain no = or NUL bytes. Values must contain no NUL bytes.
