Caller-trusted installation whose version is to be observed, not pinned.

Admission executes these installed bytes. An observed version is provenance, not installation authenticity or an independently selected version authority.

executable: &'a Path

Absolute path in a caller-controlled filesystem; no PATH search occurs.

executable_bytes: u64

Maximum executable bytes read during admission and every later run.

version_arguments: &'a [OsString]

Exact argument vector used once to observe version identity.
