An expanded AES key schedule.

This is the only key expansion in the library. The accelerated backends consume its output rather than reimplementing it: expansion happens once per key and is not on the hot path, so there is nothing to gain from a second implementation and a subtle divergence to lose.

Dropping the schedule zeroizes it, so round keys never outlive the value.
