Expand description

File system item columns.

Note that columns starting from FSColumn::DateCreated are off by default (don’t have [SHCOLSTATE_ONBYDEFAULT] set); undocumented and possible (although unlikely) to change.

Columns until FSColumn::OfflineStatus (included) are available from Windows XP SP1.
