Struct PositionManager

Manages position state in a local SQLite database.

Provides CRUD operations for positions, P&L tracking, and query helpers for open/closed position lists.

The inner Connection is wrapped in a tokio::sync::Mutex so that PositionManager is Send + Sync and can be shared via Arc without risk of deadlocks when the lock is held across .await points.
