Start an agent loop. If one is already running for this agent, returns an error.

wallet_context is required for TradingMode::Live. Pass None for paper trading.

Pause a running loop.

Trigger a single immediate iteration (regardless of running state). If no loop exists, creates a temporary one that runs once and stops.
