No common protocol or an unsupported protocol feature was used.

The request did not carry an accepted identity.

Authorization

The identity is known but not allowed to perform the operation.

QuotaExceeded

Tenant quota was exceeded.

RateLimited

The caller is over its rate or fairness budget.

ResidencyDenied

Data-residency governance refused the operation.

PayloadTooLarge

Request frame or value bytes exceeded a configured bound.

Timeout

Request deadline expired.

Conflict

Conditional or optimistic operation conflicted.
