Runtime limits fixed before workers or prepared run slots are created.

Fields

memory_budget: Option<MemoryBudget>

Optional shared byte ceiling for tracked allocations, including weights, private scratch and transfer staging. Native allocations made outside this runtime are not covered; adoption charges them at the boundary.

gpu_index: i32

Physical GPU index; zero selects the integrated GPU on the tested host.

native_lifetime: NativeLifetime

Native ownership domain. Process lifetime enables registered storage pages.

max_submissions: usize

Maximum simultaneous submissions. Exhaustion returns Busy. This bounds queued work; it does not increase per-engine concurrency.

graph_slots: usize

Preallocated completion slots per prepared graph.

copy_engine: CopyEngine

Native engine for copy-only regions; selected before graph preparation.

compute_engine: ComputeEngine

Queue protocol selected before preparing explicit GPU kernel nodes.
