What a finding is about.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

AbandonedPhase

A phase owner vanished without a result handoff.

§

InferredCompletion

An untouched phase was resolved from its enclosing result.

§

RecoveredFailure

A successful parent retained a failed attempt; recovery is visible.

§

CountMismatch

Completed units disagree with an exact total.

§

ProtocolMisuse

A rejected plan or lifecycle operation was reported by a best-effort helper.

§

InvalidReport

A report arrived after completion or targeted a branch instead of a leaf.

§

StopOutcomeMismatch

A check returned cancellation, but the observed phase ended differently.

§

UnobservedCancellation

The host recorded a cancellation request and return, but no check observed it.

§

StopGap

A task went too long without checking for cancellation.

§

ReportGap

A task went too long without reporting.

§

CheckFrequency

A call site checked very often.

§

ReportFrequency

A call site reported very often.

§

CallbackDuration

A callback ran longer than its budget.

§

CallbackInterval

A callback ran less often than the target.

§

StageWeights

Sequential stages took very different shares of time than their weights.

§

UnevenPace

A task’s units took very different times in different parts of its run, so its progress, and any smoothing of it, misjudge the rest.

§

SuggestedStages

A phase, or code measured without a progress tree, ran its checkpoints in separate stretches, one source location’s after another’s: candidate stages, with weights from their shares of time. Reported only with the experimental-stage-suggestions feature.

§

IncompleteEvidence

Dropped spans, saturated counts, or clock trouble limit the advice.
