Struct hotfix_encoding::Encoder

A buffered, content-agnostic FIX encoder.

Encoder is the fundamental building block for building higher-level FIX encoders. It allows for encoding of arbitrary payloads and takes care of BodyLength (9) and CheckSum (10).
