ResolveError

Enum ResolveError

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum ResolveError { NotRegistered { path: Vec<&'static str>, }, ScopedFromRoot { path: Vec<&'static str>, }, Cycle { path: Vec<&'static str>, }, Construction { path: Vec<&'static str>, source: BoxError, }, }
Expand description

Why a service could not be resolved.

Every variant carries the dependency path: type names from the service that was requested down to the one the error is about.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

NotRegistered

The last service in path has no registration.

Fields

§path: Vec<&'static str>

Dependency path.

§

ScopedFromRoot

The last service in path is scoped but was requested outside a scope, either from the root provider or by a singleton.

Fields

§path: Vec<&'static str>

Dependency path.

§

Cycle

The services in path depend on each other; the first and last entries are the same service.

Fields

§path: Vec<&'static str>

Dependency path.

§

Construction

The constructor of the last service in path returned an error.

Fields

§path: Vec<&'static str>

Dependency path.

§source: BoxError

The constructor’s error.
