PersistentClassProvenance

Struct PersistentClassProvenance

Source
pub struct PersistentClassProvenance { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Source binding for one interval-bound H1 class.

The source digest covers the active labeled graph at the representative scale. The class digest is the canonical BasisClassId bytes. Derived class spaces can omit this binding when their source graph is not the scalar Rips input.

Implementations§

Source§

impl PersistentClassProvenance

Source

pub fn source_graph_digest(&self) -> &[u8; 32]

Raw digest of the active labeled graph at the representative scale.

Source

pub fn class_digest(&self) -> &[u8; 32]

Deterministic digest of the canonical class identity.

Source

pub fn interval(&self) -> Bar

Persistence interval bound to the source graph.

Source

pub fn modulus(&self) -> u32

Prime field bound to the representative.

Source

pub fn scale(&self) -> f64

Representative scale bound to the interval.

Source§

impl PersistentClassProvenance

Source

pub fn from_parts( source_graph_digest: [u8; 32], class_digest: [u8; 32], interval: Bar, modulus: u32, scale: f64, ) -> Self

Construct a provenance record from previously recorded digests.

class_digest must be the canonical crate::BasisClassId bytes for the class that uses this record.

Source

pub fn validate( &self, graph: &SparseDistanceMatrix, class_digest: [u8; 32], interval: Bar, cocycle: &Cocycle, ) -> Result<()>

Check the class identity, interval, and representative against a graph.

The class digest must equal the canonical crate::BasisClassId bytes for the supplied cocycle.
