Truth alignment data for a single read, used to encode position information into the read name.

Fields

contig: String

Reference contig name.

position: u32

1-based reference start position.

is_forward: bool

Whether the read is on the forward strand.

haplotype: usize

0-based haplotype index.

n_errors: usize

Number of sequencing errors introduced.
