HTTP Priority signalling data for an LL-HLS response (RFC 8216bis §6.2.6 / §6.3): the extensible priority scheme (RFC 9218) urgency the adapter should attach to the response. Playlists MUST have urgency 1; Media Segments urgencies 2 through 6; Partial Segments share the segment’s urgency band.
