Chain, sequence numbers, hashes, and head checks all passed (errors is empty).

records: usize

head: Option<LedgerHead>

head_file_checked: bool

true when a <store>.head file exists and matched the chain.

errors: Vec<String>

Integrity findings; any entry makes ok false. Records removed or rewritten, an unreadable head file, records past the head that no write acknowledged, a pinned head mismatch.

warnings: Vec<String>

Non-integrity problems: events that could not be applied, a torn tail, no head file.

unacknowledged: Vec<RecordSummary>

Records past the head file that no hikmah write acknowledged (appended by another program, an older binary, or left by a crash before the head update). Writes are refused until they are inspected and accepted with MemoryStore::accept_tail.
