Fields

threshold: f64

The engine adds a block when p >= threshold.

lift: Option<f64>

Opt-in (HIKMAH_HOOK_ENGINE_LIFT): an admitted engine answer with p < lift lifts a rules block. None, the default, keeps the rules a hard floor. It never lifts an engine block, so a value at or above threshold acts like threshold. No measurement backs any value yet.
