Shared-ownership wrapper around a ProgressHandler trait object.

Internally an Arc<dyn ProgressHandler>, so cloning is cheap. progress setters take impl Into<Progress>, so an owned handler, an Arc<H>, or an Arc<dyn ProgressHandler> can be passed directly.
