Late-bound index name for Directory-layer metric labels (hermes_directory_read_*, hermes_cold_write_bytes_total).

Directories are constructed before the schema is loaded, so the label is attached afterwards: Index::open/create call Directory::set_index_label(schema.index_label()) on the index’s directory instance. Reads happen at handle/writer creation, not per IO.
