Line-height specification. Mirrors parley’s LineHeight minus the metrics-relative variant — chrome callers either want a font-size multiplier (the CSS line-height: 1.2 style) or an absolute pt value, never the metrics-relative form.

Multiplier of the font size. Relative(1.2) = 120% of size_pt.

Absolute(f32)

Absolute line height in points (DPI-independent).
