Handle-less namespace for the edge-side subscribe loop.

pub fn spawn(cfg: EdgeConfig, cache: Arc<EdgeCache>) -> JoinHandle<()>

Spawn the background subscribe/reconnect loop. Runs for the life of the process (abort the returned handle to stop it).

The server wires this up only when edge.enabled and role == Edge; the loop itself just trusts its config.
