method: BundleMethod

The HTTP method for this entry.

If-Match header value for conditional operations.

if_none_match: Option<String>

If-None-Match header value for conditional creates.

if_none_exist: Option<String>

If-None-Exist header for conditional creates.

full_url: Option<String>

The fullUrl for this entry, used for reference resolution. Typically a urn:uuid: for new resources in transactions.
