Configuration for the SQLite backend.

Fields§

§max_connections: u32

Maximum number of connections in the pool.

§min_connections: u32

Minimum number of idle connections.

§connection_timeout_ms: u64

Connection timeout in milliseconds.

§busy_timeout_ms: u32

SQLite busy timeout in milliseconds.

§enable_wal: bool

Enable WAL mode for better concurrency.

§enable_foreign_keys: bool

Enable foreign key constraints.

§fhir_version: FhirVersion

FHIR version for this backend instance. Used to load the appropriate SearchParameter definitions.

§data_dir: Option<PathBuf>

Directory containing FHIR SearchParameter spec files. If None, defaults to “./data” or the directory containing the executable.

§search_offloaded: bool

When true, search indexing is offloaded to a secondary backend (e.g., Elasticsearch). The SQLite search_index and resource_fts tables will not be populated.
