Configuration for a single rule

§enabled: bool

Whether the rule is enabled

§error: bool

Whether to escalate all diagnostics from this rule to Error severity.

When true, both Hint and Warning severities become Error, allowing enforcement of strict linting in CI/CD pipelines.
