Typed purpose payloads use the same fixed-order canonical framing. SignedRecord flattens counted format, counted original native bytes, signature count then counted key/signature pairs, sorted by raw key. Native bytes are never changed. Complete exact native evidence, never reconstructed from sidecar identifiers. The acceptance signature commits to the complete manifest and intent native IDs. Native verification checks selected originals and each receipt’s exact basis.
