Caller-bound signed-in in-app commands. No secret, OAuth-only restriction, or pre-existing spool membership. The host MUST compare the verified caller’s account with the stored resolved recipient before state/idempotency lookup. Foreign/nonexistent/link-only invitations uniformly hide existence. Accept/Decline REQUIRE a human session; agent/delegated credentials refuse PERMISSION_DENIED / INVITATION_HUMAN_SESSION_REQUIRED before lookup/replay. Accept AND Redeem recheck current inviter grant authority before replay/grant: administrator for admin invites, otherwise at least the offered role. Loss returns FAILED_PRECONDITION / INVITATION_INVITER_AUTHORITY_LOST. Auto-revoke affected pending invitations on authority loss, serializing all transitions. Decline to an inviter without spool read routes at ACCOUNT scope; lack of spool access must never make its required notification fail InvalidSource.
