Exactly one domain_status for each selected supported domain precedes the hits. Its readiness considers authorized candidates only; hidden records never change coverage or pagination. A terminal complete uses section “search” and conservatively combines the domain coverage. PageInfo.exhausted describes visible candidate pagination, independently of whether a requested index is still pending or unavailable.
