Variants

Serve

Run the foreground network daemon: bind the persistent device endpoint, keep relays online, and serve same-uid control RPCs. Never idle-exits.

Status

Report network-daemon liveness and the advertised device node id. No-op success when the daemon isn’t running.

Stop

Ask the running network daemon to close its endpoint and exit.
