Optional: only stream items for specific repos

kinds: Vec<i32>

Optional: only stream specific kinds

resume_after_item_id: String

Resume token: the item_id of the last received FeedItem. On reconnect, server queries feed_items WHERE id > resume_after_item_id to catch up, then switches to live streaming. Format: numeric string (feed_items.id). Empty/omitted: stream from “now” (only new items, no catch-up).
