Proof of possession via Ed25519 signature. The server looks up public_key_id in device_roots first (CLI device flow) and then in issued_credentials (service-account credential renewal). The signature is over the canonical bytes f"{timestamp}\n{public_key_id}\n{requested_scope}" (UTF-8). The timestamp window is ±60s — replay attempts older than that are rejected without touching the keypair lookup.

Stable id of the public key. Matches device_roots.id or issued_credentials.id.

timestamp: u64

Unix-seconds when the signature was produced. Signed input.

signature: Vec<u8>

Ed25519 signature over the canonical bytes.
