Why a child edge in a resolved monorepo was NOT descended into. A resolved tree is always the caller’s coherent visible slice: an omitted child is recorded, never an error. Mirrors weft children::EdgeSkip.

Variants§

Unspecified = 0

§

Unreadable = 1

The caller cannot read the child spool (per-child visibility chain-walk failed): the edge is withheld from the caller’s slice.

§

Cycle = 2

The child was already visited on this walk (cycle guard, e.g. A->B->A): recorded but not re-descended, so the walk terminates.

§

DepthBounded = 3

The child sits at MONOREPO_MAX_DEPTH: recorded but not descended.
