Presence session fan-out events for Track B /presence/ws.

Formalizes the weft-hosted hub PresenceEvent enum (crates/weft-hosted/src/presence/hub.rs) so weft emitters and tapestry consumers share a published contract. Field names and optionality match hub.rs and tapestry presence.ts 1:1 so migration is field-name stable.

Wire JSON today uses serde #\[serde(tag = "kind", rename_all = "snake_case")\], producing kind = agent_start | agent_heartbeat | agent_done. This schema is the typed contract for those event payloads. Outer WS framing (ServerFrame ready/error wrappers) is out of scope here.

Nested message names avoid clashing with the distinct AgentHeartbeat on the AgentGateway daemon stream (agent_gateway.proto).
