Typed projection of RepoEvent.event_type. event_type (a free-form string) stays authoritative on the wire; kind is the enum any consumer can switch on. UNSPECIFIED means the producer emitted an event_type this enum does not yet name — read event_type in that case. Additive: new kinds append at the next free number.

DiscussionTurn = 1

A discussion turn appended on a thread, carried on the live plane so clients render new turns without polling. Pairs with state_review.proto DiscussionTurn.turn_seq / turn_id.
