Provider support negotiated inside StreamOpeningProof.capability_context.

The endpoint id is an echo of the endpoint that opened the authenticated Iroh connection. Servers MUST compare it with the transport-observed peer identity and MUST use the observed identity, never this field, when binding provider grants.
