A repository-local artifact whose exact bytes are being attested.

kind is a stable, lowercase producer vocabulary such as git-commit-sha1, git-commit-sha256, or review-state. digest is the raw identifier bytes, not a display encoding. Both fields are signed, so a signature for one kind cannot be reinterpreted as another kind.
