Leaf kinds only (BLOB / SYMLINK / GITLINK). SYMLINK content is the target- path bytes; the link is NOT followed (heddle#850 semantics).

start_line: u32

1-based first line carried in content when the request asked for a window. 0 = the whole blob was returned, which is today’s behavior.

total_lines: u32

Line count of the entire blob, not of the returned window. 0 when the server did not count lines — the case for every unwindowed read today.
