installation_id: i64

GitHub App installation the authenticated caller asks Weft to register. The client-supplied installation_id is not ownership proof: Weft verifies it against the caller’s linked GitHub OAuth token before any write.

client_operation_id: String

Idempotency key only. This carries no installation ownership claim.
