Typed thread lifecycle state (weft#469), mirroring repo::ThreadState (thread_model.rs:186). Wrapper message namespaces the enum. Promoted alongside the legacy untyped ThreadSummary.thread_state string (field 14), which stays one release for wire-compat before deprecation — the typed thread_state_typed field is new, not a replacement.
