pub enum FollowOption {
Default,
Off,
Every(Duration),
}Expand description
Whether the tables of this database catch up with foreign writes on their own — the port of the
TS OpenOptions.follow, which takes false, true or { intervalMs }.
FollowOption::Default resolves by readonly, exactly as the TS resolveFollow does: a
readonly handle follows (at [DEFAULT_FOLLOW_INTERVAL], which is zero — check on every read), a
writable one does not, since it is the only writer the directory allows and already sees its own
writes.
Variants§
Default
Off
Never catch up unprompted; only an explicit Table::refresh/Database::refresh does.
Every(Duration)
Catch up on a read, at most once per this interval. Duration::ZERO means every read.
