What one node route delivers to the observation pipeline.

The harness derives every observation from the node’s own event stream (hatchery_observation_engine::node_projection), so an online route supports all of it; the type stays so a route’s support is still recorded and read per route, and a route with nothing recorded stays “unknown”.
