Resumes specifically the plans list’s own page (mirrors HarnessLaunchPlanPageV1::next_plan_id) – Some only when plans itself was cut for paging, None whenever that list’s page is complete even if truncated is true for one of the other three lists. #[serde(default)]: additive over the original response shape, an older caller that never asked for it still deserializes.

context_source_exclusions: Vec<ContextSourceExclusionEntryV1>

Bounded independently of the other four lists at HARNESS_CONTEXT_SOURCE_EXCLUSIONS_MAX: their own HARNESS_TASK_LAUNCH_OPTIONS_MAX sizes an operator-facing selection page, this one sizes a diagnostic dump. #[serde(default)]: additive over the pre-instrumentation wire shape, an older caller that never asked for it still deserializes.
