One chunk of the outbound agent content stream – the operator-wire counterpart of gate4agent-node-protocol’s AgentStreamChunkV1, itself mirroring NodeEvent::TerminalFrame’s own precedent: its own subscription, its own type, no ObservationV1 resync promise (see HarnessOperatorAgentEventV1’s doc comment below). source_sequence orders chunks within one provider source the way ObservationV1::source_sequence orders observations.
